We have about 25,000 nukes sitting around, anytime we wanted to we could launch them. Those are the facts, it has nothing to do with whether or not we actually DO use them, they're still there.(assuming my number is correct) We have the bioweapons, whether or not we use them, they're still there. OTOH..the arab has none of these, they have no strike capability. Therefore, if you use a little imagination, it doesn't take much, you can see that if we ever did decide to eliminate them, it could be done. We have chosen NOT to. It is a voluntary choice, BECAUSE there is no opposition to our power.
