Me, paraphrasing from memory about a 10 month old quote... "conservation is a sign of personal virtue, but will not do much about solving our energy problems" Actual Cheney quote... "Conservation may be a sign of personal virtue, but it is not a sufficient basis for a sound, comprehensive energy policy." My take was not too far off the mark. "Conservation alone will not solve the energy problem." That was what the quote said butthead... YOU were wrong... as usual.......
