Rememeber, the last time the War Rackets Chief Whore Rumsfeld went before the senate, Robert Byrd of West Virginia asked him point blank: Why do you think we should give you a $50 Billion additional appropriation when you haven't been able to account for $2.3 Trillion of your spend in the las fifty years?
