Looks like people are looking at APPX with the ugly eye... 10:15AM American Pharm falls in reaction to NY Times story (APPX) 15.57 -1.82: Stock pressured by NY Times article questioning financial relationship between company and hospital industry buying group Premier Inc. Article also reports that authorities are investigating whether American Pharmaceutical and its parent company, in which Premier also has a stake, conspired with a major drug maker to keep a cheaper generic cancer drug off the market.
