Recently sold my PIK (Waterpik) and TELEDYNE TECH (NYSE:TDY) for a profit (probably both too soon), found out about these spin off's here, so wanted to thank you.

I believe that if people have patience and spend some time on analyzing these companies they will do very well, my thinking is that buying about 3-6 months after the spin off is best.

The T spin off should be interesting, although not sure if the stub will be around in 2 years time.
