ELNK 3/26/02 EarthLink co-founder charged (ELNK) By Bambi Francisco EarthLink (ELNK) co-founder Reed Slatkin was charged in federal court with 15 felony charges for "orchestrating" a massive Ponzi scheme in which he solicited more than $593 million, according to the U.S. Attorney Central District of California. Slatkin has agreed to plead guilty to the charges, acknowledging that he is responsible for at least $254 million in losses. flint
