I make seven course meals with one spoon and two pans. Aaah..now... this sounds like the way I cook... which is why I like this electric wok so much... I use it almost exclusively, but do sometimes use another pot for steaming vegetables or cooking rice.

I am trying to remember what you made that night after the SI picnic. Did you use just one pan? It was amazing whatever you did, since you made it without going to the store. That is unheard of- I can't make anything without going to the store. Having ingredients ONHAND to feel 8 people or whatever we were was just- breathtaking. You did however use Nuoc Mam and that was evil stuff. Damn, I just packed up those Walmart teflon frypans for Ammo. I am rethinking this. Maybe I should give him the Calphalon... hahahahahahahahaha
