Well there's Crammer distorting reality again for maximum misinformation. Yes AOL is doing a 54 Billion Goodwill writeoff. Goodwill that was a result of using overvalued $80 plus stock to acquire Time Warner. Goodwill writeoff 'adjusts' this transaction back to the realities of the moment. Nothing more. Nothing less.

And anyway? AOL has a Goodwill inclusive book value of $34 per share. Its not like the market is valuing that Goodwill at anything anyway based on todays $23 price. The Goodwill writeoff will get AOL's book value down to around $20.

So is this all what Crammer was yelling on about? Think maybe he could have stopped waving his arms and wagging his mouth long enough to think a bit?
