My understanding is that INTC started 300mm wafers on an existing technology (.13um) in their Hillsboro (Fab D1C ?) Fab. This will then be "copy exactly" transferred to their manufacturing Fabs for .13um 300mm. It's really too bad that Mani has banned Paul Engel from his thread. Paul could answer this question better than I can ... I guess that's the price paid to limit speech on this thread. Make It So, Yousef
