Joel, The War Rackets Department honcho was up in front of Congress recently. Sen. Bob Byrd asked the punch drunk idiot Secretary from the Department of Delusion and Disinformation: Donnie the Dork Rummys-feld: "Well now, your sycophancy, give me a fukkin clue.... How is it that, with a straight face, you can approach me and tell me you need another $50 Billion, on top of your obscene profits, when you can't account for the $2.3 Trillion your Department has "lost" in the last 50 years?
