people are missing out on bids on houses and in some cases outbididing the ask price to get in.

People realize that between rates going up and increased housing valuations that their starter house or house upgrade is slipping away. Somehow, if history repeats itself, housing prices could easily be getting into bubble territory just like equities. Luckily you will not see too many banks chasing high loan to equity mortgages.

The market is going to EXPLODE upwards. One just has to look at how there was so much shorting of the big cap names on the Nasdaq from mid February to mid March.

I had not seen this type of increase in the past 3 months.

Like I stated earlier today, the increase in Nasdaq short interest is only 1/2 of the story. The type of names being shorted suggests we have the makings of a very powerful rally.

The fireworks should start tomorrow. The US markets should start playing catch up to the Nikei's move in the past few weeks.
