Bobby, one difference between now and April and September was that the weekly charts in those time periods had bottomed, but right now they are still turning down. >>>

from that chart on the p/c ratios, why have you surmised that the bottom in feb, is different than the previous bottoms?

and where is the turning down, yes we turned down pretty good on the nas,

some weak issues and indexes have taken out the feb lows, but most of the strong are way above that.

there is no turning down quite yet.,

sometimes as market timers we can call turns with accuracy, sometimes not, calling bottoms is a lot easier than calling tops, bull markets die hard, but bottoms are quite evident to those that follow sentiment indicators, they happen with great conviction and emotion, everybody joins the refrain.

tops take the "chamber brothers TIME",

and sometimes 'time has not come today'
