Well russett here is what I know. After the rollback on AMN.V last August they have 5,766,149 shares O/S.They are supposed to have around $550,000.00 in working capital in the bank.According to Sedar AMN.V also owns 1,305,500 fully paid shares of YRY.V which as most know are preparing to drill targets in PEI this year.(This is a JV deal with OEL.V on 7 sections of land in PEI.). Now add to that the announcement by AMN.V that they are acquiring an 80% interest in the South Erin Block in Trinidad ( wwwa.canada-stockwatch.com ) as announced on January 11,2002.Add to that the deal announced on Feb 12, 2002 whereby they are acquiring a 75% interest also in Trinidad by completing 2 wells on Moonsie Oil and the Palo Seco Block ( wwwa.canada-stockwatch.com ) and I think we have a winner in the making here.Incidentally YRY.V closed at .49.Multiply that by 1,305,500 shares of YRY,V and then add the $550,000.00 in working capital you get $1,189,695.00 in potential working capital.Divide this by 5,766,149 shares out and you get .206/share in working capital.
This has all the makings of a real winner if they can do it right.Do some DD and you will see what I am looking at here.
