AGTP filed 8-K, Current Report, reporting the Termination of Letter of Intent and proposed acquisition of Plenum Wireless, Inc. On March 21, 2002, the Company received written notice from Plenum of its decision to immediately terminate and not proceed further with the acquisition. Due to the termination the company does not intend to call any special meeting during the 2nd quarter. The special meeting was for the purpose of effecting a 1 for 100 reverse split, among other things.

Price is low. very large upside 5. Lotteries have a low cost and are very ptofitable. 6. Lotteries run 24 hrs. each day every week 7. No products to store, no shipping costs, 8. Main expense is advertizing, which can be controlled. 9. Scratchcards have almost identical odds as PlusLotto and the other Zabadoo lotteries. 10. Advertizing to be expanded in the 2nd qtr. These were my reasons, obviously others disagree because they still sell. We will see who is correct very soon IMHO.
