epsteinbd, In the post I have just sent to richy, I believe I have agreed, almost all the way down the line, with what you say. The evil is in the hearts of men, or in some cases women. Lucretia Borgia, and Catherine the Great were no pussy cats, according to history. The fault is not with religious belief, but in evil actions taken by rabid followers falsely using religion as the reason for their actions.

epsteinbd, The last post sent, I was thinking you were on the GWB thread where richy, and I, are discussing a similar situation. What you say is true, but the leaders of the church are men. IMO, religion itself has no evil intents, but some of the humans involved in it use it for evil purposes.
