I think they are right - all time low. Lower than the future. Mozilla 1.0 is out next month and is the standard browser in Gnome and is also used by many KDE users. As far as I know, Playstation 2 also uses Mozilla. Opera is the one capturing the mobile market right now, being on Nokia phones and other gadgets.

In other words - MSIE is reduced to a Windows and Mac only browser, and the rest of the world is switching to something else. And in not so many years, less than 50% of the devices that access the Internet will be Windows PCs or Macs. The majority will use Opera, Mozilla or Konqueror unless Microsoft changes its strategy to something completely different.
