re: China news is the problem ========== As far as I'm concerned, China news is fine. They're forging ahead with 1x - and are preparing to provide advanced services before year's end. They'll get close to double the capacity with 1x as well, and additional capacity increases are not critical - developing services that are clearly premium to GSM is. As far as I can determine, Great Wall subs (about 500k) are still considered Parent Company subs. Listed Unicom has 500K+, making over 1M cdma China subs at present.
