Elmer,

Re: "They say the yields are good but do you see any .13u material? ... What a
line of BS. Don't be a sucker."

I agree, Elmer ... Something "fishy" going on here. I have data from
other foundries about the difficulty of integrating LowK and the
copper damascene process at .13um . Seems like I remember someone
on this thread bringing up a very similar concern at .18um technology node. <ggg>

Make It So,
Yousef

Elmer:

"Oh sure! They couldn't sell more than half the fab30 theoretical output in Q4 and now in the slowest 2 quarters of the year suddenly they can't begin to meet demand!!!

What a line of BS. Don't be a sucker."

Your bullish investing strategy in AMD (i.e covered call writing) would seem 180 degrees to your comments above...Don't you get tired of eating your feet?

Re: Open your eyes and look at what's happening. They say the yields are good but do you see any .13u material?

Well, we've seen reports that Intel has cut the prices of its mobile chips by about 50%.

Why do you suppose that happened?

A REPORT on Digitimes said that Intel will slash and burn prices of its recently introduced Pentium 4M mobile processors with the delta between those and the desktop processors dropping to as little as $90.
