I wholeheartedly concur with your statement. My analysis of all the data indicates that it is 99% likely he did it. But the jury must act on the evidence presented not "the facts". The reason, I pointed out the case was because of the large amount happiness celebrated by the black community over the acquittal. This occurred mainly because Cochran turned it into a race case and that people are predisposed to root for their own innocent or guilty. So my real point was that people perceive the truth in their liking independent of the facts.
