Pakistan said Wednesday it will not let U.S. troops chase al Qaeda and Taliban fighters fleeing neighboring Afghanistan (news - web sites) into its territory.

This WILL have to change. The US isn't going to be sucker punched like the Soviets. The mujahadeen trained and kipped in the Paki northwest frontier, and snuck across the border to strike at the Soviets in Afghanistan before sneaking back - just like the Talibs and al Queda did recently during 'Operation Anaconda.' The Taliban, and probably bin Laden, are in Peshawar. I'd bet my cat and dog on it.

Our relationship with Pakistan is going to get messier and messier.
