Tim, last week, they filed an S-3 to sell 2 MM shares by one of the directors, I thought the decline under $50 "accomodated" that news. A break of $48 would be a sell signal on CDWC. As for MRK, I would still stay away for now. By the way, in the last 20 minutes or so, I took the Q off the table, BRCD for another $.40 at $26.20, BRCM at $35.60 for $.33, QLGC at $48.05 for $.85, EMLX at $31.20, for $.60 and GNSS at $24.91 for a loss of $.10. Also took off INVN again here at $39.53 for $.82. I'll get back in the 2:00 to 2:30 PM window, hopefully for a third trip. Zeev
