Ogi,

I've been following Excellon since the discovery. I like th eproject and think that they may be very near proving something some substantial tonnage. A very good speculation at this price.

I never liked Philex because of their poor balance sheet. However the recent sale of 10% in Boyongan will help them clean up their act. The Boyongan property looks great, though. Worth investigating. I know many who like it.

the EXN property is nice - the paper that has been given to an 'insider' at exn isn't - beware the paper on this one. have a look at the loans over the past couple years to the Royal Bank - while the loan shark may have kept EXN alive - it's at what cost?

Don't know about Excellon. Philex could be a monster cu/au deposit. Bad deal and a bad part of the island but a great prospect.

Excellon: They have an excellent drill target, but the management is highly suspect. The are issues of both competence and honesty. I'd stay away from it.
