I would add IDTI to your list. These companies have production capability and produce a wide spectrum of chips. LSI has specialized primarily in ASICS, but the others produce almost everything. These are the best cyclical plays in semis, but much of what they earn eventually winds up as cash on the semi-equip balance sheets.
