Bush is now responsible for the Arab Israeli tensions
He's not responsible for the tensions. Bush is responsible for screwing up the many years of effort to channel those tensions into a settlement. His plan to ignore the area so that Sharon could kick a little sense into Arafat didn't workout as planned.
