I don't know the answer to that.
I might speculate on that in my spare time, but as a teacher my job is to teach the material I have as best I can. I think I give the children I teach the fairest idea of science when I teach them it is dynamic. I don't want them feeling cheated and lied to when they find out ideas in science are different 10 years from now, then they are today. While there are relative constants, I honestly don't know if there are absolute constants- and since it isn't really my job to guess up in front of the class (especially not when I have plenty to teach without guesswork- because I KNOW what they need to know when they are tested, for example) I don't do it.
