Nope, remembering hx isn't a crime, and neither is obsessing on it and using it to change the subject all the time! Not crimes at all! It's revealing, though. Do enjoy it while you can, it's utility as a ploy is time-limited! I'm laughing at the prospect already! Do tell me when you guys anticipate feeling a bit foolish about it?! Five years? Ten? Twenty? You already know that I favor the "hate crime" element of a specific violation of the law being treated as any other aggravating circumstance, essentially, or as an indication of potential future dangerousness to society. I don't favor defining by legislation the beating of someone to death for fifteen dollars as a lesser horror than the beating them to death because you hate them in your head.
