BWAC, RE: I haven't looked real hard at LU debt recently. You sure had me thinking the whole $19 Billion was long term debt. The way everyone has been acting I thought 'geez LU has really dug a debt hole they will never get out of'.

But as has been pointed out your number included current operating liabilities as well. Just a bit misleading?

Apologies if what I wrote misled you. I continually stated that it was total debt. That usually is standard shorthand for total liabilities. Quite frankly it is just easier to type.

Note that it is very easy to check out my numbers. If for whatever deranged reason I wanted to mislead the board into believing something that is incorrect I probably would select something a little more difficult to verify than balance sheet data that is staring everyone in the face.
