Reagan again says "there you go again". We are back at square 1. You are adding a set of linked messages and sentences with a collective meaning and then separating them taking them out of context one by one and then putting them back together to get YOUR desired result. There is one message and you must read the whole statement and as I said TEN TIMES now there is nothing to change other than deleting the word "all" a poor choice of words, which is not really required but it makes the message more clear. However, you cannot accept the meaning, you need your own demented meaning.
