I think the window dressing this quarter has been pretty narrowly confined to NYA and Dow stocks, accounting for the bounce we saw.

Tech has no need for window dressing, with the exception of the regional banks and media stocks, which have performed well this quarter. That accounts for the 185 new highs we saw on the COMP (yahoo numbers) today.

Many funds that had big tech portfolios have pared them back quite a bit in the past year (Janus, for one).

How about my Wings! (actually, I think they have an unfair advantage and should probably be split into 2-teams for the playoffs just to make things fair for everyone else <G>).
