There are some aggressive players in this game...

It would be nice if the final vote was in favor by about two million shares ($34 million) . That would be about what Wally spent to fight the merger.

I would wager that the HWP employees respond in a positive manner to M. Capellas. Carley will stay airborn on the corporate jet and give interviews to "Working Woman " magazine. HWP will hardly know she was gone.
