OT >>regardless of the industry<< Funny how so many people don't realize that. I've seen it over and over in real estate ("whether beneficial or harmful to the owner"). Early on my wife and I figured out that you'd better look out for yourself because most agents could care less about their clients well being, especially, if it was a one-shot deal. Every once in a while you will come across one with high principles. When we have we've made it a point to help out with referrals when at all possible. Kay@IMHO.edu
