It's hard to believe that there were enuf words visible in the released papers to come to this conclusion. Everything I saw on the news was almost entirely whited out. Gee, you would think that this was a matter of national security and that we didn't want the Russians to find out our plans to weaponize outer space.

Which country wanted government 'of the people, by the people, for the people'? Plainly not the US of today, anyhow. And as you go, so do we.
