I believe that the warrants and stock price represent a big win for CHGO. A year or two ago, who would've believed the warrants would expire in the money?

Now, CHGO will receive a nice capital boost, and be out from under the potential dilution that depressed CHGO stock for years.

I once asked management if they would extend the expiration date, and the answer was a resounding NO! Now it isn't necessary.
