The definitions you gave sure stretch the simple definition of a liberal...basically liberal wants change....period. are you saying what i posted was a "liberal" definition of liberal??!!?? you're too funnie dude. i just went to dictionary.com and copied and pasted. i was curious myself because mostly what i read around here implies that the definition is: "asshole". "If a young man isn't idealistic and liberal, he has no heart. That same man, if still idealistic and liberal at 40, he has no brain." what's that mean? generosity, openmindedness, desire for progress, liberty and freedom are supposed to end at 40? i guess i'd have to disagree with that wise man. i wonder who he was? his grammar was as badly as mine do. -nobrainer
