Jay, I saw a news item on the tranformation of Shanghai in only 10 yr. to the skyline. But the surreal trans. must be from 15-20yr's where people are transformed from drab uniforms to chic fashion! Oldsters must be stunned.??
Also a couple of LA business men find living there more vibrant than home. Is this also a bubble?
