It looks like your assertion that specific telecom stocks are sold out is planning out. JNPR up after announcing its earnings warning. As I mentioned it was not as bad as I expected. The 50 percent miss by ONIS of levels it considered rock bottom maintenance levels was suggesting a worse result.

OBV does not appear to be working as a indicator of a bottom for this group though.

From a psychology point of view, I expected them to defend TLAB and JNPR at the 10 dollar level in order to make sure it still qualifies for institutional holding in mutual funds.

TELM is getting pretty close to cash and was indicating more trial interest last Q for what that is worth in the current marekt conditions. Since it looks like SONET will have to co-exist with next generation networks for the foreseeable future I would expect TELM to do well as it on of the few switching systems that current support the improved SONET standards and allows improved layers of IP services on top of SONET.
