No I won't be attending the meeting but I will vote by proxy. While I believe that we need to separate the diamonds from the rest of the properties, I don't agree with management's attitude of "damm the torpedos". They are behaving as if it is a done deal, by staffing and financing the new company, without waiting for shareholder approval. I will vote against to support other minority shareholders that feel it unfairly dilutes their share value and to send management the message they should not pretend their minority shareholders do not exist.
