Consider that HewPaq is a turning point deal. After this merger, if it works, WS will be ALL OVER future mergers. If it fails, then mergers will be viewed as worthless for a time to come....

I think they will do everything they can to make this a winner.

I agree, but guinnea pigs are not popular on WS. If the pig grows up, WS will like it. The big question is how much time and cash will it eat before the market will buy it. Looks like we are back in the pig business.
