Who's dumber ... (A) people who cast votes in exchange for cigarettes ... or (B) people who cast votes based on what Rush Limbaugh tells 'em to do?

The answer is B.

The drivers license has gotten blown out of proportion. It is now a legal way to allow you to drive, when originally it was just a way to make sure people knew how to operate a car. You could make a case that once you have a drivers license you should never need to renew it, because over time, your driving probably gets better. If you've driven for several years why do you even need a license?
