Labrador, We'll never see eye to eye. I found your latest post to be argumentative, tendentious, obscurantist and obstructionist. You seem to be the sort who relishs the sort of "justice" that Johnny Cochrane achieved for O.J. Simpson. I have no doubt that Berardino will walk free because of the clever sophistry of his barristers and apologists like you. I also know that you, the attorneys and Berardino all are convinced you can get away with it. With the present state of the in-justice system in the U.S. you are most likely correct. It's a shame that honesty doesn't have a thing to do with what passes for blind justice in this once great land of ours. I'll have nothing further on the Berardino topic to address to you. If you care to move on to other topics, I'd be happy to add my views to the fray. You are approaching a state of "badgering" on the Berardino issue.
