I knew GATA's standard bearer was going DOWN in flames--as expected by the astute. I went to your posted URL and immediately read it within seconds of you posting it, Richard, and realized what I was reading within just a few lines. That took courage, frankly, and I admire you for that. You were one of the early generals in doofus' army of misfits. And to be the first to post the defeat says alot about your maturity in this gata crap. Appears on first blust that a lot of thought was put into that crafted opinion by that Judge to support THAT answer. Of course I have no doubt the cites were "provided" by opposing council. And I also have no doubt the spin that will be put on this rendering. It will undoubtedly be offered up as a "blueprint" for doing it better the second time because Reg Howe was only a trial balloon lawsuit. I also have no doubt the system will be paint in black tones and the black shaka will be painted in hero tones and topped with a white fedora signifying persecution. However, the "trojan HOWErse" has been put out to legal pasture and won't appear in this exact form again. What a relief. Now I suspect the wierd one will intensify his focus as a stock picker while he tries to rebuild his dishearted troops. And I've really got to hand it to Smurf's wonderful sense of timing...what great news to increase subscription rates to his nightly hysteria notices....step right up folks, and pay a 50% (inflationary) increase to hear me tell you for 12 MOOOOOOOOOREmonths that there is going to be an explosive gold rally any day. Oh, and PS...we lost but that's okay...let's put that behind us and win the next one. And if we lose again, we'll only increase it to $225 for annual subscription after the next loss. And then after the next loss, we'll hike it only to $387.50.... Thanks for posting the truth about their defeat, and being the first one to have the courage to do so on these threads, Richard.
