Chart for Northgate Exploration Limited: stockcharts.com[h,a]daclyiay[dc][pc20!b50][vc60][iLa12,26,9!Ll14]&pref=G From the chart of NGX we can see the stock broke through the resistance of it's 20EMA on Thursday on 11 times normal volume. The chart indicators are mixed but the crossover on the MACD should be a sign of good things to come early next week. Good luck with this pick, Al

Lang Jones, Gable & Company Limited Other markets: None The warrants were issued in connection with a recently completed rights offering and unit special warrant offering by the company. Details of the rights offering were contained in exchange bulletin 2002-0235 dated Feb. 25, 2002. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of $3 per share until 5 p.m. (Toronto time) on Dec. 28, 2006. The warrants are governed by the terms of a warrant indenture dated Dec. 28, 2001, between the company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as trustee, as amended by a supplemental indenture dated March 5, 2002. The warrant indenture provides for appropriate adjustments to the warrants in the event of stock dividends, subdivisions, consolidations and other forms of capital reorganization.
