RTS, Just caught your post before signing off here - notice that I said "some" of the TSM news "may" already be priced in. TSM has been a significant driver for a little while now with a string of positive comments and news items. While it would appear their capex plans are a bit more than anticipated, I believe it's been somewhat expected that TSM would be increasing capex as the utilization rates were rising significantly.
