I would not say the tactics were 'ripped' ,, there is no proof such was done. If,,, IF so,,, how to prove? Will DB say they are in such dire position the earnings on a few B$ would make a diff enough for them to do what they do not want. WW is pulling his head from his ass every few weeks in order to kill HWP,, not the merger, the company, just to say "I told you so"
