you got it, repeat of 1970's stagflation
very stagnant economic growth from excess debt
everywhere you turn is colossal debt

but with inflation, led by energy costs
by this time next year, natural gas will go thru roof
the energy crisis only took a breather

Volker was a strange bird
he killed inflation by raising rates steeply
and keeping them high for years
different era, reacting to tripled energy costs across board

we come from different envmts, 1975 vs now
but the game will look the same
from inflation to stagflation in 1975
from deflation to stagflation in 2002

it doesnt matter where you come from
it matters where you are
and best yet, it is of paramount importance how you react

NATURAL RESOURCES, with scarcity, with pricing power
mine are oil/gas and silver
gonna ride this all decade long
I figure by 2006, a new bubble will be forming
mine will be natural resources, which I will own
then back to Florida with reduced risk
