Hmm,I think Einstein is quoted to have said: "there is no limit to human stupidity"

He also said, "Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are even incapable of forming such opinions."

But I suppose that you won't want to quote that one.
