Why doesn't Intel report the Icomp ratings for P4?

Intel invented Icomp to provide a consistent measure of CPU performance - so where are their Icomp reports?

Intel fabricates a new benchmark (or pays Bapco or Aberdeen to do it and make it look independent) every time they need to fabricate a new benchmark result.
