Gata was NEVER a quest for truth, let's start there, Richard. GATA was about one man's perception that HE knew greater good better than the elected/appointed regulators, and he was going to make a stink until he could get into court and have his say, even tho' it was through a voice-over by HOWie. I'll defend his right to make an ass out of himself in any forum he choses. I will NOT however dignify his ANTICS as evolving truth - seeking. His ability to sell that imagery and concept puts him right up there with P.T. Barnum's famous assignation: Ayup, there's one born every second. Truth? Manipulation? Conspiracy?
