The market is clearly at, or close to, all time record high levels on a bullish % basis, meaning that the risk levels for bulls are very high.

1) The NYSE and OTC Bullish percents have NEVER failed to give ample warning prior to a major correction in the markets.

2) They are effective tools mostly when they are at their extremes...

3) They gauge TRUE supply and demand of the overall market and the breadth of the underlying buying or selling.


Basically, everyone who wanted to buy has bought. The bullish %'s are showing that the underlying market is getting bought while Some of the major indices, and big caps contained there-in, are lagging. That's usually indicative of the end of a move up.

Of course these indicators can continue to move higher, but again, these measures have never failed to show the risk at these extremes for being long the market in the intermediate and longer time frames.
