I think you would probably agree that it doesn't matter that McD's might need the money less, it would still be unjust.

I must say that discussions about justice tend to bewilder me. There are so many different opinions on what that means. Those opinions also vary situationally depending on whose ox is being gored. I don't recognize situational justice. I'm not sure I even believe in justice, at all. Yes, I agree with you that the amount of money McD's has has nothing to do with the price of tea in China, let alone justice.
